Dear Sir,

This Covid has created a truly unprecedented situation which affects us all. We hope
that you and your family are safe and healthy amidst this time of pandemic.

I am Dhea Marie M. Tarroja, a concerned citizen from our barangay. I wrote this
letter to inform you that the sanitary conditions at our Barangay are miserable; we don’t
have a proper waste segregation. Everytime I went outside every morning, I’d seen a lot of
used diapers, napkins and plastic bottles that spreading all over the roads especially during
rainy days. I am concerned about the children’s health at the same time with our oldies
neighbors so please take this seriously. We don’t have a collection team because we are at
the upper area but as a committee on Solid Waste Management you have the power to
make a solution on this problem for our safety. Conduct a meeting together with the council
and constituents so we can discuss this briefly.

I am asking you sir to please do your obligation and I shall be very thankful to you
for this. I am hoping for your positive response regarding this matter.
