Tbne Ishaque) || So CONSULTATION has been part of teichings of Islam from the very beginning. ee Democracy is an ancient Greek term as a rule where the people share the activities of the administration of a city/district, — | state/province and country/nation, It has been further refined and honed continuously and now we see for example in U.S.A. having ——— 1 Presidential form of government where the Congress provides cchecks/balances and it goes down to state and city governments “have the same system that elected representatives of citizens ————| share/control the administration safeguarding the interests of the © ———— _____irdividuialsnation. a ‘Next door neighbor, Canada has a parliamentary system but the ————— —— basic idea is the same that the government is elected and ee |__| accountable to the representatives elected by the citizens. Likewise different countries have slightly different form of government but certain features are common i.e. thatthe government elected by its citizens, is all the times accountable to the elected representatives of the citizens.
