March 2009 : 50/50 partnership with Al Ajial Investment Fund
Holding to acquire a 31% stake in Inwi, the third mobile telecom
operator in Morocco.
June, 2010 : Sale of 100% of Zain Africa (Zain Africa) to
Bharti Airtel Limited.
Commercial presence in 8 countries across the Middle East and
North Africa
CEO is Scott Gegenheimer, appointed in December 2012.
