Shock Assembly

This document provides instructions for a student project to create a shock assembly by designing and assembling all of its components, including a bracket, pivot, U-support, bushing, washer, hexagonal bolt, self-locking nut, and castle nut. Dimensions for each component are provided in Figures 3 through 10 to aid in the design work. Students are to create both an assembled state and exploded view of the completed shock assembly.

them, as shown in Figure 1. Also create an exploded state of the assembly, as shown in
Figure 2. The dimensions of the components are shown in Figures 3 through 10.
