Payment of Medical Reimbursement outdoor through salary

The medical reimbursement due to be payable after Checking status of medical claims module can be allowed for
payment through salary using menu Pay-> Medical Claims->Pay Medical Claims- Salary.

The List of staff due for payment will be listed in this form with amount due. f the payment is to be
done in the current salary then !P"#T$ button is to be clicked against each staff on success column
%#mount to be paid& will ha'e same 'alue as %#mount due&. f payment is not to be done in the current
salary due any reasons do not click the !P"#T$ button so that %#mount to be paid& will be (ero. f by
mistake if !P"#T$ button is clicked and amount is appearing in %#mount to be paid&) then *$S$T can be
used to make %#mount to be paid& (ero.
The left out staff not updated for salary payment in the current month will appear again with same due
amount in the subse+uent month for salary payment.
The abo'e form acti'ity has to be done before the Pro'isional pay bill.
