User Manual SunFish HRIS

A. SunFish HRIS is a payroll system application which is intended to make it easier for
employees to access their personal rights. SunFish HRIS has several function for employees,
as below :
 Employee can see their personal information and can make request to the admin if any
update about address, family member, bank account, etc.
 Employee can see how many annual leave balance, then you can request and apply
annual leave direct by system.
 Employee can see salary history has been processed and printout pay slip directly.
 Employee can see balance of medical reimbursement.

Below is the main window of the SunFish if you click this link 

Please login using username and password has been sent by email.

After login for the first time, it will appear window* as below, please click “I Accept”
*For several user may did not see the window because I have used the ID for test system.

Then if you success login to the system it will show the homepage window contain your personal
identity such as, name, birth of date, job position, etc.

Please change your password as soon by click menu “Profile”, password must be combination with
capitalize and number.

B. Employees Main Menu :


 Employee Information
 Time Attendance
 Payroll
 Reimbursement

1. Employee Information
On the employee information there are two sub menu, Employee Personal and
Employee Data Changes.
a. Sub Menu Employee Personal
On this menu it will show about your Employee Summary.

And you can choose several information by click the drop down list button on the right side.

b. Sub Menu Employee Data Changes.


On this menu you can update your personal information or family member
update and send to the Approver (Admin).

Please click the sub menu Employee Data Changes Request History, and click
Employee Data Changes.
Please select the Change Type do you want to update, and click “Send To Appover” on the bottom.
Waiting for approval from Admin.
2. Time Attendance
If you click Time Attendance menu, it will show Leave menu and there are three sub
menu.

a. Sub Menu My Leave Request History


On this menu you can check your annual leave balance or request for leave.
 For check leave balance, please click the “Check Leave Balance” link.

 For leave request, please click the “Leave Request Form” link.
Choose how many days will be taken and please select Type of Leave – ANL. Annual
Leave. You also can fill reason of leave, the person to be transferred and contact
information during your leave period.

If it finished, click the button “Send to Approver” who will accept or reject your leave request.
You can contact your approver and ask them to check the request on the system.

**To Approver, please check your request inbox by click Leave menu – Leave Request Inbox as
step above or click this notification directly,
Click on the “6 Leave Request” Link.

Then please click one of the Request No. on List

Choose Approved and click the “Update” button.

3. Payroll
This menu will show “My Salary History” and see the transfer history every
month.
4. Reimbursement
On this menu you can check your Medical Rawat Jalan balance for one fiscal
year.
