1) Petugas memilih menu check reservasi
2) Petugas memasukkan nomor reservasi di TC8000 dan mendapatkan informasi sbb :
a) Status reservasi : approved / belum
b) Available budget : tersedia / tidak mencukupi
c) requirement material, quantity, UoM
d) Available location, quantity, UoM
Note : terdapat fitur tombol recheck budget atas item apa saja yang di checked dan requirement quantity
yang disesuaiakan
3) Petugas dan user menuju lokasi barang
4) Petugas menscan barcode di lokasi kemudian muncul 5 menu yakni :
a) Check Stock
b) Goods Issue
c) Transfer Stock
d) Stock Opname
e) History
5) Petugas memilih menu Goods Issue . Muncul muncul list reservasi, kemudian petugas memilih reservasi
yg dicari kemudian menampilkan informasi :

c) Jika reservasi belum approved atau budget tidak mencukupi, maka aktif tombol Bon Sementara
