All students participating in the MBA Interview Forum will need to create a new GradLeaders
account; it will also be your registration for the event.
Review the Terms and Conditions of User Agreement, check the box and click “Continue”
On the Create Your Account choose a User Name and Password that you can easily remember,
you will be signing in to this site more than once

Step 1: Contact Information
Enter your First Name and Last Name, all other information is optional as it should be on your
resume.
Click “Save”
MBA Program, Class Year, Graduation/Availability Date, Work Authorization, and citizenship
status are the only required fields on the “Detailed Profile” screen. Please complete your
Citizenship status with your PERMANENT status. For this event we also suggest you fill out the
Industry, Function, and Geographic preferences. The resume book will be active and recruiters
will be able to search for your resume based on your preferences.
Click “Save”
Step 3: Upload Resume
Click the arrow button under “Document Filename” to locate and choose the resume file that
you would like to upload. Please make sure it is a Microsoft Word document or PDF.
You will be redirected to the “View Resume” page where you will have the opportunity to
review the format and content of your recently uploaded resume – Please review to be sure the
format is correct
Click “Continue”
Your profile/resume will need to be approved before being visible to recruiters & before you
can search positions. As soon as you click the continue button, your profile will be in queue to
have your career services professional approve your resume. Please allow 24 hours for
approval.
You will then be redirected to a tentative dashboard page, which will not include access to view
any of the posted positions UNTIL you have been approved by a career services staff member.
You will receive an email through the system when your profile has been approved.
Dashboard
After your profile has been completed and successfully approved, each time you log into the
MBA Interview Forums site you will start at your “Dashboard” which is your home page.
On this page, after approval, you will now see tabs for “My Profile” and “Interviews”
My Profile Heading
On your dashboard, if you click on the “My Profile” tab, you will find the subheadings
“Summary”, “Cover Letters” and “Resumes”
The profile “Summary” page has the information you entered during your registration
If you are confident that you entered the correct information upon registration and subsequent
review you do not need to return to this page
You may add cover letters to the “Cover Letters” page. It is not necessary as you can add a cover
letters from a flash drive/upload from your desktop when you drop for interviews.
The “Resumes” page has the resume you entered during your registration, and options to add or
remove additional resumes
Interviews Heading
Under the “Interviews” tab, you will see the subheadings “Interviews”, “Hotlist”, “My Resume
Drops”,” My Invites”,” My Interviews”, “My Visit Waitlists”
On the “Interviews” page you will see the list of companies and job opportunities
To learn more about the job or apply you can click on the job title or “Drop Resume” in the
“Action” section.

On the job details screen you can review the company and job information, drop your resume
for company review, and/or return to the Interviews page
Click the “Drop Resume” box to apply for each position you are interested in
When dropping your resume you may use the resume(s) you have already uploaded, or browse
your files for a different one
If a cover letter is required you will not be able to proceed until you upload one. Please make
sure to review your cover letter for spelling errors, correct company name & job title, and
correct recruiter information.
Once you’ve selected your chosen resume and cover letter (if applicable) click the “Drop
Resume” button
Please note you can view the position timeline and company contact information if you scroll
down past the position details
After dropping your resume you will return to the “Job Details” screen with your resume status
on the screen
You can “Revise/Withdraw” before the resume drop deadline of January 28 at 12pm (Noon)
Accepting an Interview
Once each company has made their selections, you will get an email through the system with
one of three outcomes: invited, added as an alternate, or not selected
Once you are notified of an interview invitation, you must log into the system and select a time
slot for each interview. Click on your interviews tab, then “My invites”, then select “Pick
Time/Decline”
There will be an option to upload a new resume here, but that is not necessary – scroll down to
the “Pick Available Times” section
Please keep track of your time as you do not want to double book yourself
After selecting a time a dialog box will open to confirm. Click ok.
You will return to the “My Invites” sub heading and you will be able to either cancel your
interview or swap for a new timeslot up until the final student deadline noted in the job details
section
When the interview schedules have been confirmed and no additional movement is allowed,
you will see the “Visit Status” column now reads “Schedules Finalized” and the “My Status”
column will note your interview day and time.
