What are the qualifications in taking the exam?
Filipino citizen
College graduate of any 4-year bachelor's degree
from a state university or college, or other
educational institutions duly recognized by CHED
Has completed 120 hours of seminar/schooling from
an accredited service provider (like CCBR and NREA
Cebu Chapter)
Is of good moral character and has not been
convicted of any crime involving moral turpitude

What are the requirements in applying for the exam?
NSO Birth Certificate
NSO Marriage Certificate (for married women)
Valid NBI Clearance
Transcript of Records with scanned picture and "for
Board Exam Purposes/for PRC Exam Purposes" stamp
Community-tax certificate (cedula) for the year
2pcs. Passport-sized and 1x1 colored photos with
white background and name tag (must be in complete
name)
120-hour Comprehensive Real Estate Seminar (CRES)
notarized certificate
