ABSTRACT

Portfolio Management System
Now a days we know that to keep all phone contacts up to date its difficult task
especially in case of large institutions. Here we provide a centralized solution for keeping all
contacts in a centralized server. Using this application the user can download desired
contacts list kept in the server. This application provides lot of functionality like grouping of
contacts, calling, messaging, e-mail and viewing contact details. Another important feature
of this application is to provide a stunning user interface. The application provides another
important feature to view the contact person image. Also Provides contact list security to
restrict unauthorized users used in the contact list. This application act like a phone contact
facility. The problems of your device doesnt affect your contact details, we can simply
install the application and synchronize your contact easily. We can use this application in an
android platform. At the time of synchronization we need data connection.
In sever side we provide a beautiful user interface to create contact list, groups and
individual contacts. User can select group icons or they can upload icons. For security
purpose we provide a user name and password for each user in this application. In client
side user can use this username and password to download the contact list. Also we kept
authorized users e-mail id to protect the contact list. Each contact list have an administrator
user. The administrator can add, edit and delete the contacts, also can add authorized list of
users.
