    From your experiences so far (including school, community, or work experiences), please describe a
    time when you delivered significant results. Please include details of the context, the actions you
    took, and the results that were achieved. (Max 950 characters including spaces.)

    Ans 1: I have represented my school in various events right from my childhood. I once represented
    my school in an event for promoting classical culture as well as for the recreation of the elderly
    people at an NGO named Help Age India. This created awareness among the general public about
    the importance of our cultural heritage and the value of old age happiness.

    Q2. Describe a situation when you faced a difficult problem and you were able to solve it. Please
    include details of the context, the action you took and the results that were achieved.

    Ans2: I had a very close circle of friends and we were so friendly that everyone used to envy us.There
    occured misunderstandings among all of us and almost all were so not willing to converse with
    anyone. I was not willing to let this situation to contiue anymore. So, I took an initiative and spoke
    individually to all of them and convinced everyone and finally we got back our united group of
    friends. The joy I had after the reunion was priceless.

    Q3. Provide an example when you approached your work with a mindset of having limited resources
    or time. Please include details of the context, the action you took and the results that were
    achieved.
    Ans3: I still remember the day when there was a career guidance program at our college campus. It
    was an off day, the crowd was huge, and it was a challenge for us to meet their needs with very few
    volunteers. To this added the absence of the person incharge. I was found as an alternative to act as
    orator without prior intimation and any sort of preparation. Further, I organised the event by
    convincing the hostel students to provide support and it was big success.
