3. The Fee Structure is as follows:

4. The fee prescribed above is to be paid at the time of Counseling either in the form of DD drawn in favor of
GITAM University, payable at Visakhapatnam or by paying cash at the bank counter in the counseling centre.
Counseling Process fee of 800/- is to be paid in cash at the time of counseling.
5. You are required to bring the following certificates in original along with one set of photo copies and one
passport photograph.
GAT 2014 Counseling Call Letter /
(GATE Qualified Candidates should submit GATE Score Card)
X class or Equivalent pass certificate
Degree Certificate and all marks statements
Transfer, Study, Conduct and Migration
Certificates
Medical Certificate from Civil Surgeon in case of PH Candidates Integrated Community Certificate in case of SC/ST
6. Admission Criteria:
M.Tech. - A minimum of 50% marks or equivalent grade in the qualifying examination.
7. Admissions shall be based on order of merit i.e., Rank obtained in GAT 2014 / GATE Score subject to the rule of
reservation as applicable to GITAM UNIVERSITY
8. Mere attending the counseling does not confer right for admisisons as candidates called are more than the
number of seats available. Candidate may have to stay on the subsequent day, if necessary.
