for the Sales & are to be used strictly for internal office purposes for various Government
of India Offices across the Country.

There is no Second sales involved & the Consignee being Government of India body are
not registered with any Sales Tax & hence do not any TIN number or any CST No.

This declaration should be used for shipmen of equipments from Hewlett Packard India
Sales Pvt. Ltd. to any of Branch Offices or Government Offices across India.
