Terms and conditions of rental
1) All booked equipment remains property of Dysfunktion and may be recalled at any time and
must be returned within 24 hours
2) All booked equipment must be returned by the specified date. Failure to return equipment
will result in a 10/day fine.
3) If any rented equipment is returned in a condition less than it was loaned in, you are
responsible for any repair costs.
4) If you find a fault with any equipment, you must report the fault to the person from whom
you loaned the equipment. Failure to do this will result in you being fined for damage to
equipment.
5) In the event of the equipment being returned in an unusable condition, you will be
responsible for the purchase of new equipment equal to the value of the equipment broken.
6) Failure to pay any repair costs and or fines issued will result in legal action.
7) This document must be signed by two authorised signatories before any equipment may be
loaned.

Signing this document is a declaration that you understand and agree to all of the terms and
conditions set out above.
