PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION

Objective:
The department shall be responsible for maintenance of better human relations in
the organization by the development, application and evaluation of policies,
procedures and programs relating to human resources to optimize their contribution
towards the realization of organizational objectives.
To maintain and manage the physical infrastructure of the Institute and to manage
the upcoming physical infrastructure within its campuses.
To maintain and manage general upkeep of the support structure necessary to carry
out the activities of the Institute.
To Develop, Maintain and Manage the IT infrastructure in the Institute for support
activities, Data base management and Networking.

Functions: (Personnel)
Setting general and specific management policy for organizational relationship.
Recruitment, selection and placement of personnel.
Remuneration & Incentive management of employees.
Training and Development of employees.
Appraisal of performance of employees.
Job Rotation and job placements.
Social security and welfare of employees.
Potential Appraisal, Feedback and Counseling.
Quality Circle, Organization development and Quality of Working Life.
Reviewing and auditing manpower management.
