Set Up: Room available at 4:00 PM, set up finished by 6:00 PM

Attire: Semi-formal

TIMELINE

5:00 PM Guests arrive for cocktails in foyer (130-150 guests)

6:00 PM Guests enter into ballroom

Bridal party introductions –band introduces wedding party and bride and groom

Welcome, Toasts and Blessing - band provides microphone

– Father of Bride will handle the welcome and blessing, parents of both bride & groom along
with best man and maid of honor will follow with their toasts.

~6:30 PM Dinner – band will help manage the buffet line, which will be located out in the foyer, and
will play a dinner set/recorded music.

~7:00 PM Slide Show

~7:20 PM Cake Cutting

After cake, bride and groom go immediately to dance floor for:

First Dance: “Wonderful Tonight” - Eric Clapton

Mother/Son –“Blessed” – Elton John
Father/Daughter –“Brown Eyed Girl” - Van Morrison

~7:45 PM Dancing
Wedding party dance – band will ask the wedding party to kick off the night on the dance
floor and after one song, invite the rest of the crowd to join in.

~8:20 PM Honeymoon Dance

~9:00 PM Bouquet Toss

Garter Toss

More dancing

9:55 PM Final dance of the evening

10:00 PM Reception is over
