SOCIAL MEDIA POLICY
The guests are expected to respect the no-phone policy throughout the duration of the ceremony.
Guests can post pictures of the bride/ with the bride AFTER the bride posts the first picture.

The Bella Donna Chapel is located within the Adriatica, which is is a 45-acre village located on a
private lake in the beautiful Stonebridge Ranch community of McKinney, Texas. Bella Donna, like
Adriatica as a whole, is a replica of an ancient structure in the small fishing community of Supetar,
Croatia. The chapel, strategically placed on its own island, is considered the “Crown Jewel” of the
village and took 5 years to excavate and build.
Inside, the center aisle is flanked with 22 pews which date back to the late 1800's. The chapel's altar
rests in the nave of the chapel under a dome ceiling on which is painted a dove in flight, symbolizing
the presence of the Holy Spirit.

The Wedding Ceremony will be held at The Bella Donna Chapel. The ceremony will begin at
4:00 PM
The chapel can accommodate a maximum of 200 for a wedding. Please consider that 15-20 of
those will be standing in the Bridal Party. Seated capacity is 185.
Parking is available to the public in a multi level garage adjacent to the chapel. An elevator
will bring you to the ground floor exit near the chapel. The Bella Donna Chapel is
completely ADA compliant.
On-site accommodations are provided. The Bridal suite will be rented for the bridal party to
have the use of.

THE CEREMONY
• Officiant: Toby Slough, Pastor at Cross Timbers Church
• Toby will read scripture and incorporate other text of love.
• Music: Beginning and ending the ceremony, instrumental music will be played (included in the
venue).
Bridal Party
• There will be 7 bridesmaids, 7 groomsmen, a flower girl, and a ring bearer
• The Matron of Honor is Shannon Smith
• The best man is Nick Malone.
• 4 parents, 4 grandparents
• Extended family will not walk at the ceremony, they will be seated in the front two rows which will
be reserved for them.
• There are no special accommodations needed.
Ceremony Length
• The length of the wedding ceremony will be 1 hour.

Directly following the wedding ceremony, the reception will be held at the RoseMary Barn where
doors will open at 5:00 . There will be no turn around time between the ceremony and reception. The
reception will last until Midnight
The RoseMary Barn is an 8300 sqft beautiful all white event and wedding venue that is conveniently
located 5 miles from the Historic Downtown Mckinney and Hotels. We have a very flexible floor plan
with many set up options. The interior walls and ceilings are built with gorgeous white shiplap. The
Venue offers a stunning large bridal suite complete with h/m stations, cable tv+mini fridge, a
masculine grooms cabin with cable tv/hook ups for a gaming center+mini fridge, a large outdoor
ceremony space covered with a canopy of mature trees, a large covered porch for cocktail hour, a bar
kitchen for the bartenders, and a large catering prep kitchen. We have two sets of men’s and women’s
restrooms, one set at each end of the building . We have a generator for power outages and we are
serviced by Uber and Lyft and will always allow cars to stay overnight if needed. Parking and
overflow parking are provided. The venue is completely ADA compliant.
The RoseMary Barn’s maxiumum occupancy is 250 people.
The RoseMary Barn is an indoor and outdoor venue. With the reception being mainly indoor with a
few cocktail tables outdoor patio, if inclement weather were to occur, the reception will indoor only.

Insurance: Alyssa and Dawson will be purchasing wedding liability insurance through wed
safe.
Alcohol Policy: The Bella Donna Chapel has a no alcohol policy. The RoseMary Barn
provides TABC insured Bartender(s). We require that you hire a bartending company from our
preferred vendor list.
The RoseMary Barn provides a catering kitchen. RoseMary staff is provided for set-up, clean-
up, and to assist caterers during the event.

RISK MANAGEMENT
• First aid and sewing kits will be readily available if any accidents or injuries occur.
• In the event of a fire or inclement weather, the guests and bridal party will follow the
venues protocols, whether it be the Bella Donna Chapel or The RoseMary Barn.
The Rehearsal dinner will be hosted the evening prior to the wedding at Rick’s
Chophouse.

• Entrée: Herb Crusted Airline Chicken OR Salmon
• Desert: Texas Pecan Pie
• There are no dietary restrictions needed for the guests
Five Star Event Services will be catering the reception with a plated dinner starting at 6:30.
Menu:
• House salad & dinner rolls
• Roasted chicken breast crusted with pancetta and sage with wine butter sauce OR Roasted
flank steak with wild mushroom & sundried tomato cream sauce
• Sides: truffle whipped mashed potatoes and sautéed green beans
• Kids: chicken fingers with macaroni & cheese
• There are no dietary restrictions needed for the guests
• Linens will be provided through the caterer
