From what I can visually see and assess safely with board live the community circuits for each level are not supplied at each DB
or if they are they are on the tennancy's power, however without circuit tracing after hours I cannot be sure so therefore the
above load readings are the TENNANCY readings only not community power. The community meters seem to be on level G but
I was unable to safely clamp the loads on these cables as they were pushed back behind everything so for me to load test these
we would have to de energise the board bring the cable to the front then re energise again. The db on level 1 Could possibly
contain the circuits for community power but insufficient data on or in the board did not allow me to accertain this, Again to
correctly Identify these circuits the board will have to be shut down.
