Forms can be sent to the above address or faxed to 713.456.2310. If faxed,
remit payment immediately thereafter via regular mail. Include $10 for each
participant, including $10 for any coaches desiring the tournament
keepsakes (basketballs and/or T-shirts).

Tickets will be ready for pickup at the gate. Seating is general admission,
meaning first come-first serve so arrive early. Any number of adults/scouts
are invited to attend. We encourage the wearing of your Varsity team
uniform (the jersey/t-shirt).

*The Council has not reserved any seats. We need a written commitment for
the tickets purchased, and will order the tickets no later than February 11,
2006. We may be able to supplement the purchases later, though this game
is supposed to be highly attended. As soon as you know the number of
tickets that you will need, please fax written confirmation of the tickets.
Then, send the payment via regular mail.
