THE GAMES WILL BE CONDUCTED AS PER THE STATE ASSOCIATION COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS

Registration Fee for each School:

- Date: Group Games: 30th November 2023 to 2nd December 2023.
¾ All Games Boys &Girls – each team ENTRY FEES- 1500/-
¾ All participants are required to use appropriate foot wear and uniforms.
¾ All participants should reach the venue in their school uniforms, and a contingent along with their school should assemble at 8.30
am on November 30, 2023, inside the Kithur Rani Channamma Stadium Jayanagara, Bangalore for the opening
Ceremony.
¾ Prizes & Certificates will be awarded to players securing the First, Second & Third Places.
¾ Games will be conducted for under-16 years (below 10th grade) for boys and girls only. For each game, if there are fewer than 8
teams, such games will be cancelled.
¾ Victory Ceremony for the Winners will be held on the Closing of the events.
¾ Participants should carry their identity card & Age proof of Corporation/Municipal Certificate- to produce
photocopy of the Birth Certificate before the conduct of the Matches.

The last date for confirmation of entries and payment of Entry Fees on or before 25th November 2023.

Measuring of the fields 40 x 25 Meters.
Rolling substation is allowed.
Number of players 5+3
No goal kick only under arm throw is allowed.
Kick in will be taken place when the ball touches the line.
When the last touch from the defending team & ball cross the goal line, Conner kick will be awarded.
No off-side rules.
Duration of the games 15 minutes each half, 5 minutes interval.
In case of draw match will be decided by breaker.
Bare foot is not allowed.
¾ School teams participating in the March Past should confirm their participation well in advance.

¾ Weight category for Kabaddi only for Boys U-16 years and according to the Rules Body weight should be Below
60kg

¾ One athlete is allowed to participate in only 2 events & he/she has to select the events in his/her respective age groups only.
¾ Each school or PU College can enter up to a maximum of 3 competitors in each event & one relay team in each age group.
¾ All competitors are required to use appropriate foot wear & competitors are not allowed to run on bare foot.
¾ All participants should come to the venue in their school uniforms & should form a contingent along with their school or PU College, flags &
should assemble at 9:00 AM on30th November , inside the stadium for the opening ceremony march-past.
¾ OVERALL TEAM CHAMPIONSHIP THROPHY will be awarded for all the age group.
¾ Prizes & Certificates will be awarded to athletes securing first, second &third places.
¾ As per competition rules for long jump & shot put each competitor will be allowed 2 trials & 8 competitors reaching the finals in the long
jump/Throws will be allowed to additional 2 trials and in case of high jump Event two attempts in each height.
¾ Victory ceremony for the winners will be held on the same day of the events.
¾ Participants should carry their identity card & age proof of corporation certificate with them to produce on demand during the time of
competition.
¾ The last date for confirmation of entries and payment of entry fees will be 25th November 2023
¾ School teams participating in the March-past & Band Group should confirm their participation well in advance.
¾ The school or PU college will consider registered only after payment registration fees (once registered amount cannot be refunded)
