 RULES & REGULATIONS

01. District Table Tennis Associations are to be Affiliated under BSTTA

02. Entries should be sent through the Affiliated Districts only .
03. Entry fees for each Event:-
* Men’s &Women’s events – Rupees Four Hundred only (Rs. 400/-),
* Youth Boys & Girls (U-19), Youth Boys & Girls (U- 17 Junior) events – Rupees Three Hundred Fifty only (Rs.350/-),
* Youth Boys & Girls (U- 15 Sub Junior), Youth Boys & Girls (U- 13 Cadet) &Youth Boys & Girls (U – 11
Hopes) events – Rupees Two Hundred Fifty only (Rs. 250/-) for each event.
04. Entries will not be accepted unless accompanied by entry fees.
05. All the Players are to be Registered under BSTTA for the year 2023.
06. All matches will be played as per TTFI / BSTTA guideline.
07. Eligibility : -
• The Youth Boys & Girls (U-19) events shall be open only to those players who were born on or after 1.1.2005.
• The Youth Boys & Girls (U-17 Junior) events shall be open only to those players who were born on or after 1.1.2007.
• The Youth Boys & Girls (U-15 Sub Junior) events shall be open only to those players who were born on or after 1.1.2009.
• The Youth Boys & Girls (U-13 Cadet) events shall be open only to those players who were born on or after 1.1.2011.
• The Youth Boys & Girls (U-11) events shall be open only to those players who were born on or after 1.1.2013.
08. For Age verification, Players should carry the original copy of the computerised Birth Certificate, registered
within one year from the date of birth and issued by the local Municipal Authority.
09. All official Communication / Draw shall be displayed at the venue on July 23rd, 2023 and that alone shall
be the official communication in all respect.
10. This Championship will be treated as Stage–III Ranking Tournament and Points shall be awarded as per BSTTA
guidelines.
11. The decision of the BSTTA Tournament Committee shall be final in all matters connected with the
Championships.
12. Any complaint in regard to the age of any player should be made in writing with documentary evidence
along with a fees of Rs.500/- in cash. In case, the complaint is found to be correct the fees will be refunded.
13. STAG Boards and STAG 3 Star Ball will be used for the Championships
14. In all Flex the Logo of STAG should be displayed.
15. Prize Money for the Championship will be Rupees Sixty Two Thousand Eight Hundred (Rs. 62800/-) only as
per the following break up :-

16. Sufficient Medical Support & Drinking Water should be provided at the Venue.
17. Food & Accommodation will have to be arranged by the Outstation Players at their Cost.
18. Wearing of Mask, use of Sanitizer is compulsory for everyone to maintain Covid precautions.
19. Tournament will be conducted according to the Covid Protocol as laid down by Govt. of West Bengal.
