As the Principal of The City School Vehari
Campus, it gives me great pride to announce the
most significant sports festival Vehari has ever
witnessed - GameOn Fest 2023. This event is not
merely about competition but also a celebration
of the spirit of unity, sportsmanship, and the
invaluable learning experiences that sporting events impart to our young
generation.
GameOn Fest 2023 promises to be an extraordinary showcase of talent and
enthusiasm, with teams from various schools competing in a diverse range of
sports. It is our aspiration to provide a platform where young athletes can not only
display their athletic prowess but also build enduring friendships and
unforgettable memories.
As we embark on this journey, we invite your esteemed institution to join us in
this grand sporting spectacle. Your participation will undoubtedly enhance the
vibrancy of this festival, making it a memorable and meaningful event for all.

Futsal
Participation Fee: Rs.3000/- per team
Rules:
• A team will consist of 6 players (1 goal keeper + 5 Players)
• A match will consist of 2 halves of 12 minutes each, with a 2-
minute halftime.
• There are no throw-ins in futsal. A kick-in will be used to restart
play.
• Every player will play in full kit.
• The referee's decision will be final.

Cricket
Participation Fee: Rs.1800/- per team
Rules:
• A team will consist of 6 players. (1 wicket-keeper + 5 Players)
• A match will consist of 2 innings of 3 overs each
• 1 player can bowl only 1 over.
• The umpire’s decision will be final.
• Every player will play in full kit.
Tug of War
Participation Fee: Rs.3200/- per team
Rules:
• A team will consist of 8 players.
• The winner will be determined based on the best of three
matches.
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Every player will wear a tracksuit.

Arm Wrestling
Participation Fee: Rs.500/- per person
Rules:
• Single player.
• The winner will be determined based on the best of three
matches.
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Every player will wear a tracksuit.
LUDO
Participation Fee: Rs.500/- per team
Rules:
• A team will consist of 2 players.
• The match will continue until a final decision is reached.
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Every player will wear a tracksuit.

Chess
Participation Fee: Rs.500/- per person
Rules:
• Single player.
• All matches will be time bound.
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Every player will wear a tracksuit
Badminton
Participation Fee: Rs.800/- per team
Rules:
• A team will consist of 2 players.
• The match will continue until a final decision is reached.
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Every player will wear a tracksuit.

Table Tennis
Participation Fee: Rs.800/- per team
Rules:
• A team will consist of 2 players.
• The match will continue until a final decision is reached.
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Every player will wear a tracksuit
E-Gaming
Participation Fee: Rs.1000/- per person
Rules:
• Single player.
• The match will continue until a final decision is reached.
• The referee’s decision will be final.
• Every player will wear a tracksuit
Code of Conduct:

• The event management has full authority to expel any delegate or

delegation from the event at any time for not complying with the
event rules and code of conduct.
• Participants are strictly required to wear the participant tags
issued by GameOn Fest. In case any participant loses their tag,
they must report to the Registration heads immediately, upon
which a new tag will be issued, at the cost of PKR 250/-.
• The possession of tag is necessary for entering and exiting the
school premises.
• In case of vandalizing school property, appropriate penalty will be
charged.
• Use of foul language and infliction of violence towards the
GameOn Fest management or any delegate will not be tolerated
and will result in immediate disqualification and expulsion.
• Use of any illegal items and/or intoxicants is strictly prohibited
within the school premises. Strict action will be taken against
those possessing any such items.
• All participants will be responsible for their own belongings.
• All delegations must be accompanied by a chaperon.
• Any kind of protest against the opponent should be submitted in
writing with a fee of Rs.5000, during or after the match has
started. If sufficient proof is provided then the fee will be
refunded otherwise it is non-refundable.
Waiver of Liability:
I, as the parent/guardian of resident of

hereby grant my voluntary consent for my son/daughter to participate in GameOn

Fest 2023, which is scheduled to take place at The City School Vehari Campus on
24th & 25th November 2023.

I am cognizant that there are inherent risks associated with participating in this
event, and I am willing to allow my child to participate, fully understanding that
the school is not responsible for any injuries sustained.

I acknowledge that the school's management is not responsible for any loss of
personal belongings, illnesses, or injuries caused by their participation in a sport.

In addition, I am aware that if a participant is found to have any prohibited items,

such as Pods/Vapes, Cigarettes, Sharp objects, Weapons, and other illicit
substances, they will be confiscated by the event organizers and will not be
returned and the participant/s will be disqualified.

In the event of any disputes between two parties, the management will not be
responsible for any resulting damages. Furthermore, both parties involved shall
face disqualification from their respective sporting activities, along with a
monetary penalty of PKR 5,000.

I have meticulously read and comprehended this waiver of liability. I am fully

aware that, by affixing my signature to this document, I am waiving legal rights
and remedies that might otherwise be available to me.
