How to Sign up as a Parent
1. Obtain the unique 6-digit Parent Code from
your childs account (Note: this is not the same
as your childs Group Code).
Each child has a different Parent Code. Find
your childs unique Parent Code in these ways:
- Have your child log into his/her Student
Account and scroll down on the homepage.
The Parent Code is located at the bottom of
the left panel.
- Alternatively, your childs teacher can provide
you with your unique Parent Code.
2. Go to www.edmodo.com on a web browser
(Note: you cannot create a Parent Account on
the Edmodo mobile app).
3. Click the Im a Parent button and fll in the
required information.
Parent Sign-Up Guide
Signing up for an Edmodo Parent Account is a great way to stay up to date about
your childs classroom activity, such as assignments, grades, and school events.
Once you create a Parent Account, there is never a need to create a new account.
You will use the same account year after year. As your child joins new classes/groups,
your account will be updated to refect these changes.
Add Multiple Children to Your One
Parent Account
1. Log into your existing Parent Account at
www.edmodo.com.
2. Click Add a Student at the top of the page.
3. Enter the unique Parent Code for your
additional child.
