I. How to Login to the Parent Portal

1. Open your browser, example Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Micrsoft Edge, Safari, etc.
2. Type this link http://my.lsu.edu.ph/PARENTS_STUDENTS/parents_student_index.htm and press
Enter.
3. Type first your username and click the Proceed Next button.

4. Type your password and click the Login Now button.

5. Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the name of your child’s details on the
dashboard.

6. If you have two or more children enrolled, click the Switch to Different Student tab on the left
side of your screen.

7. Click the Switch button to view the details of the other child.

II. How to Change your Password in the Parent Portal

1. Click the Personal Information tab on the left side of your screen.

2. Click the Change Password link.

3. A notification message will be displayed on the right side of the screen.

4. Click the Change Password button.

5. Type your Old and New password. Click the Save button.

III. How to Check Enrolled Subjects of Your Student

1. Click the Enrollment tab on the left side of your screen.

2. Click the Subjects Enrolled link to view the list of the enrolled subjects.
3. Click the Subject Load Schedule link to view the list of the enrolled subjects and their
schedule.

IV. How to Check Student Balance and Dues

1. Click the Student Account tab.

2. Click the Ledger link to view the payments made and balance for each semester.

3. Specify the School Year and Semester then click the Proceed button.

4. You can also tick on the “SHOW LEDGER from the first enrolled semester until present” to
show all transactions made and click the Proceed button. A Student Complete Ledger will be
displayed.

5. Click the Periodic Dues link to view the payments needed in each period.

V. How to View Student Grades

1. Click the Academic Performance tab.

2. Click the Grading Per Exam Period link.

3. Select the Grading Period and the Term, specify the School Year (SY) and click the Click to
View Grade button.

VI. How to Login to Canvas using your Browser

1. Open your browser, and type https://lsu.instructure.com. Press Enter.
2. Type your UserName on the email box and your Password on the Password box. Click the
Log In button.

3. Once successfully logged in, you will see enrolled subjects of your student(s).

VII. How to Login to Canvas using Canvas App

1. Download Canvas Parent app in Google Play (for Android) or App Store (for iPhone).

2. Once successfully installed, open the app and click the Find School button.

3. Type “La Salle University – Ozamiz” and click on the list.

4. Type your User Name and Password and click the Log In button.

5. When you have successfully logged in, you will see the subjects enrolled by your child.

6. If you have two or more children, click the drop-down arrow beside your child’s name to
switch from one child to another.

7. Click the subject to view the scores and submission of your child.

VIII. How to Change Your Canvas Password

1. Click the Account tab on the left side of your screen.

2. Click the Settings link.

3. Click the Edit Settings button at the left side of your screen.

4. Click the box beside Change Password.

5. Type your Old and New passwords. Click the Update Settings button.

6. Once password is successfully changed, you will be automatically logged out.

7. Type your UserName and New password. Click the Log In button.

IX. How to View Student’s Scores

1. Click the Subject you want to check.

2. Click the Grades link.

3. You will be able to see the scores of your student.
