How to access the IUIS Faculty Module?

1. Go to http://iuis-faculty.wvsu.edu.ph.

How to log in?

1. Ask for your username and password in MIS Office.


2. Enter the given faculty code, in ALL CAPS, in the username input box.
3. Enter your last name, in ALL CAPS, for your password.

How to enter grades?

1. Click the Grading Sheet on the menu.


2. Department – select if handling sections aside other than college levels (i.e graduate school)
3. School Year – select to enter grades aside from the current school year.
4. Sem – select to enter grades aside from the current semester.
5. Section – leave this box empty if you are not familiar with the section codes.
6. Subject – leave this box empty if you are not familiar with the subject codes.
7. Click Search to show the list of sections.
8. Click the section to show the list of students for a certain class.
9. Grades of students under finals column are marked “-not set-“by default. Click on the underlined characters
under the Finals column to select a grade. Grades are automatically saved each time you click anywhere in the
page.
10. Click Review Grading Sheet button. A new tab/page will open. You may review your grades in this page. If there
are any corrections, you may close this page to go back in the grading sheet.
11. Click Finalize Grades when ready to print your grade sheet. Click OK to confirm.
12. Go back to the Grading Sheet page.
13. Click Print Grading Sheet link to open the printable version of your grade sheet.
14. Click the printer Icon to print.

How to send message?

1. On the left side of the Message page, click Compose to create a new message.
2. Select the recipient of your message.
a. Per Student/Faculty
i. Click on the icon beside the box under Per Student/Faculty label.
ii. Search for a student or faculty.
iii. Click the check box right before the name of the recipient. You may check as many as you want.
iv. Click Add To List button to add the selected recipient (s).
v. Click Done to continue.
b. Per Section
i. Select a section/class
3. Enter a subject/topic (Important)
4. Enter message
5. Click send

Faculty Load
- Page showing the current load assigned to a faculty
- Soon we will be adding the CHED-EO report and the printable version of faculty schedule in this page

Class List
- Page showing the list of students in a class assigned to a faculty
- You may print a copy of the class list by clicking the Printer Icon below each sections

Faculty Profile
- Page for entering personal and academic information
- We will be using this data later to generate the CHED-EO in this account

Calendar
- Showing activities included in the academic calendar

Password
- Page for changing password for security purposes
- Enter your new password in all CAPS in your next login
