If you are having issues:
➢ Go to the ASSESSMENT section, you will see the following information (using Introduction to the Bible as an
example):
➢ when you have completed your final exam online – send an email to ptc@aeint.org – include your
name, username (student_ID), subject and the date you completed the exam.
➢ an AE supervisor will check your enrolment, payment, etc and provide a satisfactory grade if all
relevant requirements are met.
➢ once this activity has been marked satisfactory, you will be able to view, download or print your
Subject Completion Certificate.
3) Your Subject Completion Certificate will only be available if you have achieved the following:
➢ you obtain a passing grade in either the Final Exam – Online OR the Final Exam – Paper Based
➢ you have obtained “satisfactory” for the Course Requirement – AE Approval
When you have successfully completed a subject, you will automatically receive a Subject Completion Badge –
these badges can be viewed via your Profile. The Subject Completion Badge will generate access to your Subject
Completion Certificate – available in the Assessment section of the course.
You can only access your Subject Completion Certificate when you are currently enrolled in a course. If you are
no longer enrolled in a course you cannot access your Subject Completion Certificate. However, you will retain
your Subject Completion Badge. If you want to save a copy of your Subject Completion Certificate you can
download and save to your files and/or print your certificate.
