Thus far, in the two months as a Game Operations Intern with
the ale !ake "ees, I ha#e learne$ a lot a%out what it takes to run an
e#ent& I ha#e hel$ positions with pre#ious 'ompanies that ha#e ha$ me
responsi%le for the runnin( of a spe'i)' attra'tion or one spe'i)'
(ame, howe#er, I ha#e ne#er ha$ a share$ responsi%ilit* an$ ha$ this
mu'h insi(ht into what it takes to run a show in front of thousan$s of
people an$ ensurin( the we sta* 'onsistent in our operations&
Thus far I ha#e foun$ the same issues I ha#e %oth witnesse$ an$
e+perien'e$ with other ,o%s in this ,o%& One ma,or issue I ha#e fa'e$
thus far in this season is a %reak$own in 'ommuni'ation with some of
m* 'o-workers& .e ha#e a lot of mo#in( pie'es from $a*-to-$a* with a
lar(e amount of personal all workin( to(ether $urin( the e#ent&
ometimes, there is a %reak$own in 'ommuni'ation whi'h has ha$ a
ne(ati#e impa't on a few of m* relationships with some of the
/one*%ees& /owe#er, I ha#e 'orre'te$ those issues an$ look to
impro#e m* relationship with the (irls as the season mo#es forwar$&

o#er-ea(er in the work pla'e as I feel that we are %oth workin( har$ to
pro#e oursel#es an$ work har$& /owe#er, we %oth ha#e $i1erent
personalities& 0a#e is #ar* out there an$ outspoken, his pre#ious

#ersus our Triple-5 (ames& O%#iousl*, %u$(ets are smaller for our team
than a ma,or lea(ue team, howe#er, I feel we are a%le to $o a lot with
what we ha#e& .e ha#e o#er a $o2en (ames we 'an $o throu(hout the
(ame with fans an$ our sponsors are e+tremel* (enerous an$ pro#i$e
(reat pri2es for %oth (ames an$ situationals throu(hout the (ame&
I hope that on-top of learnin( m* responsi%ilities as the season
mo#es forwar$, I 'an start to think outsi$e the %o+ a little more& I ma*
%e in an operations position for a professional sports team an$ I hope
to %e a%le to think of new i$eas, (ames, an$ promotions that I 'an $o& I
