Goals and Objectives: PRT 4828

Goal 1: Learn and be able to successfully schedule and deploy Guest Service
staff members for events at the arena and at the ballpark.
Objective 1: Learn all the staff members names and routine positions.
This can be done by studying the employee roster and making my around to
chat with all of the different staff members on event nights.
Objective 2: Learn from Chad (Director of Guest Services) how to use
his event night template to schedule staff members. Also can learn from
Chad how to use ABI to communicate with staff members.
Goal 2: Get Prismview working and be trained on how to use it so Steven
Smith (Director of Event Security) can stop changing parking signs on his
own. Prismview changes the pricing on the parking signs at the Park Place
Parking Lot that our company owns and operates.
Objective 1: Work with IT to coordinate proper installation and setup of
prismview on my computer at work.
Objective 2: Be re-trained by Steven Smith and set up prismview for
daily use.
Goal 3: Finish training and familiarizing myself with the ins and outs of Event
Security. This includes the event responsibilities of all staff members.
Objective 1: Be trained on and work Alcohol for at least 1 night.
Objective 2: Learn how to submit reports through the Risk Office for
record keeping.
Objective 3: Review topics already trained on and try to work a regular
shift on a slower night for experience.
