    * "Subject" is optional to fill in, fill in the name for your own reference.
    * "Credit hour" is necessary, please fill in the credit hours of your subject.
    Example: AEML2014 = 4 credits hours
    * "Grade" is necessary, please fill in your grade.
    Example: A / A- / B+
    * If you fail the paper, please do fill it as usual.
