I would like to express my intention to apply for the position Stenographic Reporter.

Presently, I am holding the position of an Administrative Aide VI (Clerk III) and have
been assigned in the Sala of LA Bertino A. Ruaya, Jr., as a Stenographer. One of my duties is to
assist during the mandatory conferences. Since then, I have gained valuable skills and work
experience and demonstrated the ability to work well inside the Sala.

I feel that I am qualified for this position for several reasons. First of all, as an Acting
Stenographer, I have a complete understanding of what the position entails. Secondly, I currently
have all the functions and responsibilities of a Stenographic Reporter. And lastly, I believe that
with the trainings and my working experiences as an Acting Stenographer have helped me
acquire the necessary know-how and develop the skills that would make me competent and
effective in fulfilling my duties and responsibilities as a Stenographic Reporter.

These are just a few examples of my accomplishments. I hope that you will find that this
brief view, in combination with the attached resume, describe a dedicated employee of NLRC
RAB VII with the experience and skills to meet or exceed the requirements of the position of
Stenographic Reporter.
