46 1- Material of major part shall be certified to EN10204, level 3.1. When RT is not feasible, UT can be used as substitute.
47 2- Vendor shall state the heating/cooling requirement for approval.
48 3- Pump skid shall be equipped with a plate which can direct any dropped liquid to a drain connection located in middle of skid pump side.
49 4- Tensional analysis is required if the 2 years operating reference is not available for proposed pump type.
50 5- Vendor shall evaluate if lateral analysis is required per Para. 8.2.4.1.2.
51 6- After Mechanical Running test, pump shall be striped; all parts and clearances shall be inspected. If any defects be found, vendor shall made all necessary correction and
52 carry mechanical running test again to insure that no defect (even minor) would happen.
53 7- Material and construction shall be resistant to saliferous dust, insect attacks, moisture and fungus growth.
54 8- Pump shall be able to operate in two cases. Fluid of case one is Naphtha, and fluid of case two is Vacuum Distillate, Light Crude Oil, or ATM Distillate.
55 9- Shut-off Pressure is Case 1: 12.02 barg & Case 2: 17.35 barg & shall be finalized by vendor.

17- Vendor to clarify necessity of minimum flow line.
4- Vibration monitoring system shall be provided by vendor.
5- All parts of lubrication system piping and component shall be stainless steel. Lubrication system shall be in accordance with API 614 chapter 2.
6- Couplings shall be in accordance with API 671.
14- Material certification of major parts (IMPELLER, CASING, and SHAFT) shall be as per DIN EN 10204 level 3.1B.
15- Pump speed 1450 RPM is preferred.
16- The shipment condition shall be considered for worst case (sea weather case).
REMARKS
7- For non-ASME nozzles, counter flanges shall be provided.
8- Vendor shall submit the entire package P&ID for each pump, including lube oil system P&ID, vibration and temperature monitoring system P&IDs,
describing his scope of supply as a part of bid.
10- Pumps shall be equipped with automatic venting devices. automotive venting shall be made thru solenoid or motor operated valve with all necessary
isolating and bypass valves. visual flow glass shall be provided and fitted in venting circuit.
11. Vendor shall assess and report the possible damage result of solid particle present. (for pump and all its auxiliary, including sealing system)
13- The skid shall be fabricated.
12.Vendor shall recommend all required instrumentation for the proper operation of total packages and prepare logic diagram after putting order. All
instrument signals will be transferred to plant control room and control logic will be implemented in process control system by contactor. All
instrumentation shall be wired up to local junction boxes and PCS will be done by others.
1- Material classes mentioned in data sheets are the designer suggestion. Vendor shall consider the fluid composition, operating pressure and temperature,
and proposed suitable material based on his experience.
2- Sealing arrangements, plans, and sealing codes shall be proposed by vendor. Vendor shall use seal manufacturer consulting, and provide his proposal.
API 682 data sheet shall be fulfill and submitted along with proposal.
3- Pumps shall be equipped with non-contacting vibration probs. Probes shall measure vibration and displacement in three axes, axial direction and two
radial directions. Two probes shall be used in each axe. Vibration measurement system shall be in accordance with API 670.
