How to cook Tacos de Carne

Ingredients:
750 g. of chopped meat.
2 tbsp. (Tablespoon) olive oil.
1 onion finely minced.
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 tbsp. chili powder.
2 tsp. (teaspoon) oregano.
1tsp. cumin.
250 g. of canned chopped tomatoes.
Salt and pepper.
cup cornmeal.
Preparation
To prepare this recipe for beef tacos its not difficult, the first thing
you have to do is to fry the onion in a pan with hot olive oil.
Once the onion is fried, add three cloves of minced garlic to the
recipe, add also chili powder, oregano and cumin.
Mix all the ingredients and fry them for 1 minute over low heat.
Add the chopped beef to the preparation and cook it until it lose its
pink color.
Mix well with a spatula and add the chopped tomatoes.
Cook all for about 5 minutes to blend flavors and this preparation
will be tastier.
Spice with salt and pepper, then add the cornmeal and cook until it is
as thick as you want to fill your tacos.
Use this preparation to make up to eight beef tacos.Delicious!
