A few highlights:
Referrals must be submitted to the email address listed here:

CVs are required (otherwise we would have employees sending us
random candidates from job boards or LinkedIn we need this level of
control around it).
As long as the candidate is not currently within an interview process for a
specific position, the referral is valid.
CRAs must have 2-years of experience at a pharma or CRO
Clinical Programmers must have 2-years experience at a pharma or CRO
This applies to all regions/countries across the globe.
Employees are eligible for multiple awards. There is no cap.
$2K payment will be made to employee after the referral is successfully
employed for 6-months.
