KnowYourClaimStatusHowtousethefacility?

ThisfacilityismeantforEPFMembers/subscribers/pensionerswhohavesubmittedaclaiminanyofthe
EPFOofficesacrossIndia.Usingthisfacilityonecantrackthestatusofaclaimsosubmitted.Theonlypre
requisiteisyoumustknowyourPFAccountNumber.
1. IfyouknowtheEPFOfficefromwhereyourclaimhastobesettled,selectthesamefromthe
officedropdownlist.
2. Onselectionofoffice,themandatoryRegionCodeandOfficeCodewillgetpopulated
automaticallyintherespectiveboxes.
3. EntertheEstablishmentCodeinthethirdboxwhichcanbeofmaximum7digits.
4. IncasetheEstablishmentCodehasanextension/subcode,enterthesamehere.Itcanbeadigit
orletterasthecasemaybeandcanbeofmaximum3charactersinsize.Leavethisfieldblank,if
thereisnoextension/subcodetotheEstablishmentCode.
5. Enteryouraccountnumberwhichcanbeofmaximum7digits.
6. Clickonsubmittogetthestatus.

Asthisisannonexistingnumber,wegetaNoRecordFoundmessage.Inlegitimatecases,appropriate
messageswillbedisplayed.

datesasmentionedinthefooterofthescreenabove,sucharecordwillNOTappearinthisfacility.In
otherwords,ideally,aclaimshouldhavebeensubmittedandansystemgeneratedclaimIDshouldhave
beenobtainedforusingthisfacility.
