Space is LIMITED for this crop! We will be taking reservations on a first-come, first-served basis.

To hold
your table space, we will need a $20 deposit / per session – this pre-paid amount will be deducted from your
workshop fees at the event. Should you need to cancel; your deposit will be refunded based upon the
following schedule:

Full refund – through September 11th

Half refund – through September 25th
NO refund – after October 9th

Once you reserve your spot with your consultant, you will need to make your own hotel reservation. A
block of rooms is being held under “Creative Memories Overnight”. The guaranteed rate is $102/room for 2
double beds or $86 for 1 king bed. You may share your room with others to save on expenses. The room
reservations can be made by calling the Hampton Inn at (630)907-2600. Feel free to invite a friend – the
more the merrier!
