Meet Children outside Music Room


Mark attendance, greeting each child individually
Children line up at the end of the verandah and walk to the Hall toward the side entrance
closest to walkway
Children enter Hall, place their bags against the wall and sit on the floor in the meeting
area
Greetings and brief chat
Children wash hands, get a chair and find a spot at a table for afternoon tea
Afternoon tea is served at approximately !"pm
Afternoon #ea utensils and crockery are returned to the counter and chairs are returned
to the trolley
$epending on weather conditions, Children collect sports % outdoor e&uipment and wait at
the side door to go out to play! 'n inclement weather, physical activities are organised
indoors! (n extremely hot days, physical activity is ad)ourned until the temperature has
dropped to an appropriate level!
(utdoor play is scheduled for approximately *" minutes, according to weather and
interest
All e&uipment is collected and children meet at the side door ready to go inside
+uiet time means Reading, ,riting, $rawing or Homework
Activities may take place at arranged tables in the Hall or in the -oyer area
