Duplicate Background layer and go


to Image> Adjustments> Color
Balance
Color Levels: -80

On the duplicated layer, use the
lasso tool or Quick selection tool
to select the face.
Go to Edit> Image> Puppet Warp
Create points around the face points over the eyes, nose and chin are
essential to keep those parts still and in place.
Move the outer points of the face upwards to emphasize a wider, prominent grin.

On a duplicated layer, select the lasso tool.
Go to Image> Adjustments>
Exposure
Exposure: -0.41
Offset: -0.0184
Gamma Correction: 0.74
Create a new layer.
Using the lasso tool, select the eyes.
Open the Color Picker and use color: #001d00
Fill the selection on the new layer using the Pain
Bucket tool.
Merge layer down to subject layer.
On a new layer, draw some lines
falling down from the eyes.
Brush size: 2px
Opacity: 78% Flow:70%
Choose color #001d00 from
the Color Picker window.
Create a new layer and create more
downwards lines connected to the eyes.
Create a new layer and repeat the
process around the mouth using a
dark color
Layer> Flatten Image
Create an Adjustments layer and click
Exposure.
Exposure: -1.36
Offset: 0.0026
Gamma Correction: 1:52
Complete.
