address at Tubtubon, Sibulan, Negros Oriental by virtue of these presents, do hereby SELL, CEDE,
TRANSFER AND CONVEY unto said vendee, his heirs, assigns, successors in interest, and
administrators, the above described equipment of which I am the owner free from all liens and
encumbrances.
