a person with good mental health. In general are causes of distress and failure
the physic operation, affecting to the emotional intellectual social conduct .

This event is considered when symptoms oppear associated with discomfort,
for example pain, disability ie impairment in one area of operation or a
sidnificantly increased risk of dying or suffering pain, disability, loss of
freedom or risk

Each treatment integrates, as appropriate, administration of psychotropic
drugs as palliative methods of the most pronounced symptoms, to give way to a
process of psychological intervention to address the origins and manifestations
of the disorder and thus generate a more robust welfare state, effective and
