KFC Crispy Strips

KFC is the leader in chicken quick-serve chains. These chicken strips will match
the flavor of the
restaurant and satisfy your fast food craving.
INGREDIENTS | SERVES 6
6 chicken breasts
Vegetable oil for frying
1 egg
1 cup milk
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons salt
teaspoon pepper
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1/8 teaspoon baking powder
1. Cut the chicken breasts into strips.
2. Preheat the oil in a skillet or deep fryer to 350F.
3. In a small bowl, beat the egg and milk.
4. In another bowl, combine the flour and spices.
5. Dip the chicken strips 1 at a time into the egg mixture.
6. Then dip in the flour coating.
7. Fry a few strips at a time until they are golden brown. Cook for about 5 minu
tes or until the
strips float.
8. Drain on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
KFC Twister

1 large flour tortilla
KFC Pepper Mayonnaise Sauce (see below)
2 cooked breaded chicken breast strips
A small amount of thinly sliced lettuce
2 slices of tomato, diced
1. Microwave the tortilla for 3045 minutes to soften and make it easier to fold.
2. Cover the tortilla with the mayonnaise sauce.
3. Lay the chicken tenders end-to-end lengthwise on top of the tortilla.
4. Add lettuce, tomato, and more of the mayonnaise sauce on top of the chicken.
5. Fold like a burrito and enjoy.

INGREDIENTS | YIELDS CUP
cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1. Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl with a lid.
2. Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
