committed to investigate the situation and take appropriate action.

In your e-mail you have reported that Mr.Jergen tried to sexually exploit you under
the influence of alcohol. He is one our best employees and a nice person but we
cannot tolerate any such behavior in our employees. We are committed to
investigate the situation and take appropriate remedial action.

management we appreciate your courage and concern in bringing this matter to us.
You said that Mr.Jergen tried to forcefully grab you and also tried to be over
friendly with several other women.

The company policy states that asking for sexual favors are considered as sexual
harassment, it may be physical or verbal. It is not only a right, but also a duty to
report harassment to responsible management. Management must investigate and
take appropriate remedial action.

The company policy states that the situation should be investigated before taking
any remedial action. I assure you that Mr.Jergens actions will be punished
accordingly.
