    CLARIFICATION IN RELATION TO ANNUAL REPORT 2013



    VICOM Ltd (the Company) wishes to clarify that the first line of the second
    paragraph of Note 19(b) of the Notes to the Financial Statements appearing on
    page 75 of the Companys Annual Report 2013 should read as The Code of
    Corporate Governance recommends the disclosure of the remuneration of
    Directors and the Groups top five key executives. with the addition of the two
    words Directors and underlined.
