GENAKOR 022
Graphite -filled hard rubber lining based on isoprene
rubber (IR) that is vulcanizes in the autoclave.its
reccomended as a protective lining for structural
components made of steel that are subjected to
chemical exposure.
The primary fields of application include lining
for reaction and process tanks that are operated
at higher temperature (120C),in particular for
fixed head tubular heat exchangers and special
steel linings

D3
A hard rubber lining that is vulcanized in autoclave. It
is recommended as a protection systemfor steel
components that are exposed to chemical attack. It is
characterized by excellent chemical resistance & high
diffusion resistance & good mechanical properties.
For structural components in garbage
incineration plants, water treatment plants, in
plants operated by the chemical industry.
Vulkodurit D3 is suited for lining of condenser
water box, and in nuclear power plants up to a
radiation dose of 1MGy.

A self-vulcanizing soft rubber lining based on
Bromobutyl rubber (BIIR). Temperature resistance up
to 125 C (depending on the mediumand suitability for
vacuum-stressed environment
