Absences & Class Participation:
6our consistent, punctual attendance in class is critical for your
success. If you are in class, on ti"eC ready to try your best, you will be
successful. %articipating "eans that you are as>ing Duestions,
responding to Duestions, and co"pleting your classwor> in a positive
way. It also "eans that you are Duiet and respectful when others
0including your teacher1 are tal>ing. %articipation points "ay only be
earned if you are in class, and therefore cannot be "ade up.

if new material was covered during your absence.
