Barbara County's history. Lobbied for consumer representation and

countywide campaign to successfully defeat state ballot proposition.
Delegated tasks to volunteers to manage press, finance and office
duties. Established oversight Advisory Committee. Launched three
weekly support groups that served up to thirty-six clients. Moderated
