Summer Training Project Report Guidelines for BBA-V Semester Students
2014-15

This will be called as Summer Training Project Report BBA-V Sem (Final Year), 2014-2015, Invertis
University, Bareilly.
Report Preparation: Two copies (typewritten) have to be submitted in below mentioned format/sequence after
approval of concerned faculty member/guide.

Project Report Format/Sequence

Objectives (In conformation to the Topic) (Max. 2 Pages)
Methodology (Max. 4 Pages)
Company Profile (Example: About the Organisation Selected / Visited (Brief History, Establishment
Year, Mission & Vision statement, Product, Customers, Turnover of Last Three Years, Number of
Employees, Quality Policy, H.R. Practices etc. ) (Max. 10 Pages)
Literature Review (Text Book Material / Information / Content) (Max. 10 Pages)
Data presentation & Data analysis (Graph, Table, Pie Chart, Pictogram etc.) (Max. 6 Pages)
Conclusion, Limitations / Future Scope (Max. 3 Pages)
Recommendations (Max. 3 Pages)
Bibliography ( Example: International Business (Environments and Operations) by John D. Daniels and

Line spacing 1.5mm, Minimum-maximum number of pages 60-80 excluding separators and page
numbers to be mentioned on all pages at the top right corner of all pages. (ONE SI DED PRI NT ONLY)
Total Number of pages (single side print as mentioned above) not to exceed 60-80 Pages, excluding separators.

Important

Only original work will be considered for submission and subsequent process i.e. presentation and viva-voce
examination etc., primary data is to be used and secondary data i.e. information available on websites, basic
subject/topic related books must be mentioned in the Bibliography as mentioned above.
The report, failing to qualify PLAGIARISM TEST would be rejected outrightly.
