Manchester 18,000 - 20,000 Temporary Aspire Recruitment are looking to recruit a PA to the Managing Director for 6 weeks. The main purpose of this role is to provide support to the Managing Director and senior staff from their site in Manchester. Key responsibilities: Maintain the Managing Directors diary Arrange meetings Prepare documents for meetings ensuring these are received in advance of the meeting Draft and type general correspondence for internal/external use Organise travel Compile letters Act as a first point of contact for all incoming calls and queries Maintain organisation of central records Undertake any other administrative work as deemed necessary by the Managing Director The ideal candidate will have: Previous PA experience is essential preferably at a CEO level Experience of word processing, data base and spreadsheets Experience of organising meetings and maintaining diary entries Experience of working in and managing a small office Excellent organisational skills Experience of minute taking
