Capacity Assessment Tool Implementation on Organization
For the administration of the tool its really important to know the organization completely. All
the ins and outs of the organization and work accordingly.
The tool to administer are as follows:
1. Understand the organization
2. SWOT analysis
3. Documentary Evidence
The implementation of the capacity assessment tool will be based on evaluating the organization,
knowing the university completely, knowing the system of the university. Knowing the strength,
weakness, threats and opportunity of the Greenwich University.
The implementation of the tool will be based on the analyses of the organization, making a team
and then working together to analyze the organization. This helps the OD consultant to plan and
execute the capacity assessment tool on the organization. Then after knowing the company what
the company is all about, their vision and mission, to execute the tool its important do the SWOT
of an organization. This can be done by asking the executives, board team members their
strength and weaknesses. This will help the consultant to bring down the points which will be
beneficial for the consultant and the clients. Opportunities and threats are also an important task
to do. Documentary evidence is also an important point because if client says that we give 8
lakhs salaries to our employees, so in order to support it the consultant assistants or the
consultant asks the members to provide them with the document evidence.
