A (Deva) will get medical check up in hospital. Hell be taken care by Nurse B
(Purwa).
A : Good morning, it is nice to meet you. I am here for a well check.
B : It is nice to meet you too. Please have a sit, I have a few questions for you.
What is your name Sir? How old are you?
A : My name is Mr. Yoha, I am 27 years old.
B : Now I want to ask you about your medical history. Do you have any allergies?
A : Yes, I am allergic to nuts. I am also allergic to penicillin, so I cannot have any
antibiotics.
B : Do you have a history of high blood pressure or high blood sugar?
A : I do not have high blood pressure or high blood sugar, but I have a family
history of high blood pressure. My father and my grandfather had high blood
pressure.
B : Do you have headache or any else?
A : I do. Sometimes, I get headache after waking up from bed.
B : Thank you for your information. Would you like to get your blood pressure
checked?
A : Yes please, Id love to.
B : I am going to take your blood pressure now. It looks like your blood pressure
is higher than normal. It is 150/90 mmHg.
A : What do the numbers mean ?
B : They tell how much your heart is working at rest and when pumping blood. A
normal blood pressure will present 120/80 mmHg. Have you experienced any
stress lately?
A : Yes, I have to work more hours than usual at my job. My life has been very
stressful.
B : Well, I suggest you to reduce your emotional activity by having relaxation or
deep breath whenever you feel annoyed and stressful. Beside, you need a good
rest to make the blood flow come back to normal. And do not forget to decrease
consuming salt with your meals. Salt will make your blood pressure increase to
the higher level.
