#onta#ts and reso$r#es to assist Artist in the f$rtheran#e of his2her #areer.

faith, in the ,rod$#tion of the Re#ording1 to #ontri*$te to s$#h ,rod$#tion the $si# and 0'ri#s
e*odied in the Songs1 to arrange, dire#t and ,erfor the Songs in s$#h a anner as to fa#i0itate the
,rod$#tion of the Re#ording1 and to other+ise stri#t0' o*ser%e the reaining d$ties and o*0igations of
this Agreeent.
@. COSTS. Co,an' sha00 *e res,onsi*0e for a00 #osts in#$rred in the ,rod$#tion of the Re#ording,
in#0$ding the ,re,a'ent of a00 tra%e0, hote0 and ea0 #osts in#$rred *' Artist in attending the
re#ording sessions referen#ed in Se#tion 8.< herein. Co,an' a' re#o%er s$#h re#ei,ted e",enses
,$rs$ant to the ,rod$#tion of aster re#ordings or the ad%an#eent of the Artist3s #areer.
